

A graduate of James Blair High School, Class of 1961, Tommy was the owner of Noblin's Home Improvements until his retirement. He was also a member of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church where he served on various committees over the years. His passions were his family, hunting and fishing.
He was a longtime member of James City County Ruritans Club where he served on many committees and was awarded Ruritan of the Year in 2006. He was also a lifelong member of the Oak Tree Hunt Club.
Tommy is survived by his high school sweetheart, Elizabeth "Gene" of 60 years; his sons, Rob (Shelly), Alan (Julie), and Steven; and a large extended family.
A graveside service will be held at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, Norge, VA on Saturday, May 7th at 10:30 a.m. The family invites everyone to join them in celebrating Tommy’s life. There will be a luncheon and refreshments in the church hall immediately following the service.
