

She is preceded by her husband, Lawrence Joseph Fredericks.
Waséta-Maria was an U.S. Navy Veteran, serving her country during the Cuban Missile Crisis and is survived by her children, Kathleen Branda, Joseph and Richard Fredericks; sister, Gaela Foliaki; and a host of friends.
Visitation will be at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd. on Sunday, February 6, 2022 between 1p.m. and 4 p.m.
A Mass of Catholic Burial will be held at 9 a.m. Monday, February 7, 2022 at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament, 3570 King William Ave., West Point, VA followed by Burial at Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, VA with full Naval Honors. A procession to the cemetery will leave Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church after Mass and meet at Quantico National Cemetery for service at 2 p.m. the same day.
