My mother asked no flowers, rather send donation to St Jude's Cancer Hospital for children in her name, or too Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children. She felt money would do more good and for children afflicted with cancer or orthopedic problems.

She was a great mom, an astute business woman and politically savvy person! Yet a very kind catholic woman who was willing to help those in trouble through no fault of their own or ill.

Mom was a mentor to many but especially to me. She was a patriot and worked for the Navy Department during WW2.

Mass of Christian burial will take place at 10 am Thursday February 15, 2018 at St. Mary Catholic Church of Williamston, 157 High St., with family accepting friends one hour prior. Interment to take place at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Detroit.

I will miss her very much, her generation may never be seen again. May GOD give her rest after her long battle and reunite her with all her loved ones who died before her including my son and brothers.
