Born June 13, 1925, in Lansing, MI to Bernard and Nellie Biergans, passed away April 26, 2012, at the age of 86. She was self employed as an interior decorator.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Grant, in 1992. She is survived by her daughter, Kay (Charles) O’Dell. She is also survived by five sisters: Bernice (Gaylord) Chick, Frances Vogel, Joan Cook, Rose (Gary) Parks, and Marge (Conrad) Malloy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, May 1 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 157 High St., Williamston, MI., with Rev. Peter J. Clark officiating. There will be visitation Monday, April 30, at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 205 E. Middle St., Williamston, MI from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. with the rosary being prayed at 7 p.m. Visitation will also be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow at Summit Cemetery.
