Clara Elizabeth (Christensen) Johnson, born Dec.21, 1921, passed away Aug.10, 2016 at home, with family at her side. Clara was predeceased by her husband, Donald, in 2013. She is survived by their 3 children, Gail (Gary) Parker of Venice, FL, Kay (Tom) Stanek of Williamston, MI, and Donald (Vicki) Johnson of Haslett, MI., 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren. Clara was an MSU graduate in education, a member of Alpha Xi Delta Sorority, a devoted wife and mother. She was an avid gardener, voracious reader, and fanatic supporter of the Detroit Tigers and MSU Spartans. We will miss you, Mom. Go Green.
