

Constance Marie Lowrie, passed away on October 26, 2025, at the age of 92. She was born on December 19, 1932, in Painesdale, Michigan to Edward and Barbara (Iskira) Skoviak. Constance graduated from high school in 1950 in Ontonagan, Michigan and moved to the Lansing area with her sister, Katherine. She enjoyed a long career with Michigan Bell, retiring after more than 35 years of dedicated service. Constance married Allen Lowrie in 1956, and together they shared 35 years together and raised a loving family.
Constance is survived by her children, Deb Lowrie, Terry Lowrie, and Donna Lowrie; her grandchildren, Allie Epke, Jenna Epke, Gordon Lowrie, and Sophia Lowrie; her sister, Carol Monk; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen in March 1991; daughter, Jean; siblings, Katherine Casey, Edward Skoviak, Joseph Skoviak, Virginia Taeger, and Barbara Greiser; and sister-in-law, Yvonne Batsakis.
Constance was a charter member of the Williamston Eagles for 32 years, where she was actively involved and served as the former post madam president. She had a passion for traveling, visiting places such as Italy, Scotland, Hawaii, and Alaska. She also enjoyed spending time at casinos, bowling, and playing golf.
A memorial service will be held at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, located at 205 East Middle Street, Williamston, MI 48895, on November 8, 2025, at 11:00 am, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the start of the service. Interment of ashes will follow at Summit Cemetery.
