Galen, age 66, was born in Howell, MI on March 18, 1948 and passed away on September 19, 2014. He loved the outdoors. Galen especially loved spending quality time with his family and 5 grandsons. Woodworking and his tractors were his passion. He retired from Williamston School District. Galen was always willing to lend a hand to all and had a wonderful sense of humor. Galen was preceded in death by his parents, Eldred & Dorothy House. He is survived by his wife Sharon; his daughter, Erin (Fred) Elizondo; son, Corey (Erin) House and 5 grandsons, Bryce, Blake, Brady, Riley and Oliver.
Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, Williamston Chapel, 205 E. Middle St, Williamston, MI at 1:00 pm with visitation from 11:00 - 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to Sparrow Hospice Services, 1210 W. Saginaw St. Lansing, MI 48915-1999 in memory of Galen.
