I will always remember her kindness and patience.How she took her time and went out of her way to help me in Math class/66-67.Such a caring and devoted teacher.My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

My deepest sympathies to all of Jo's family.   Jo's selfless giving to all in her community is a standard for all of us to reach.  She was an extraordinary person.  May you all find peace in knowing that she touched so many lives.

I will long remember Jo and her energetic participation in the CROP Hunger Walk.  I was very grateful to have her help on the planning team for so many years.  And when she was no longer able to Walk in the event, she still raised funds for the poor and hungry and rocked in a rocking chair during the CROP Hunger Walk.  She was such a caring woman.  My prayers to you all.

I was saddened to hear of Jo's passing. She was a sunny part of my weekly hair appointments for years. We shared many a conversation, and I was struck by her youthfulness and generosity.

I will always remember Mrs.Schoff as my Biology teacher at WHS back in the 70's. She was an amazing instructor, I still recall almost all of the things I learned in her class! She made learning fun! As the years went by I would see her occasionally and she always took time to visit. A very special lady!

Thank you to the family of Jo Schoff for sharing your Mom. She was our science teacher at WHS, I graduated in 1960. She cared deeply for her students and helped us all to view life through different lenses. Her kindness was not just in her words but in her actions. Personally, I feel blessed that she touched my life.

Marty, Bill and Tom: I remember having Mrs. Schoff for biology and when I returned to school from having hepatitis, the class was taking blood samples. When she saw my blood, she told me, she would make a permanent slide of it as the blood cells were ragged around the edges. Not sure schools could/would be doing that today. Aunt Jo was an incredibly kind and giving person.  She dedicated her life to helping others in any way that she could. Surely as she entered the presence of Jesus she heard the words, "Well done, my good and faithful servant."  She lived life well.  She is loved and will be missed by many. Thoughts & Prayers are with Jo's family. I will always remember riding with her when she delivered home bound meals.  That's when I first met her.  Our son Mark was a good friend to her grandson Ben and when I met her in local store(especially the grocery store, she would ask about Mark & she would tell me about Ben.
She was such a wonderful person.

I was saddened to hear of your Mother's passing. I remember her as my study hall teacher at Williamston and was always fond of her as she was so helpful if we had a problem with our studies. She was a wonderful and beautiful lady and teacher. May God be with you all during this time of loss and let you know she is in Gods hands now.

Martha, Bill, Tom and families, how saddened I was to hear about your dear Mother. Mrs. Schoff which she will always be to me was one of the best teachers I had the pleasure of learning from at WHS. (Class of 1966) Your mother instilled in my the drive to be the best one could be and I will never forget her teaching and lessions.

May the days ahead be brighter for you and your families for she is with her lord and looking down upon all she guided over the years.

I am sorry I will not be able to attend Monday, I will be in Ortonville at my cousions service, she was 80.
