John Edward-Blain Sisler Jr., 50, of Williamston, Michigan, passed away on April 9, 2024, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He was born on December 15, 1973, in Lansing, to parents John Sisler Sr. and Sharon (Seymour) Sisler.
John, known for his hardworking nature, leaves behind a legacy cherished by many. As an Administrative Director at Mid Michigan Metal Mafia since 2009 and a retired truck driver of 17 years, John made significant contributions in his career. His dedication and commitment were evident in all his endeavors.
Beyond his professional life, John was a man of many passions. As a talented guitarist, he found joy in playing music with his band, writing songs, and singing. He had love for cats, especially his Dusty, and neighborhood strays. John was also a fan of muscle cars, drag strips, and was an ordained minister in Dudeism. Known for his fun-loving and big-hearted personality, he was loved by all who knew him.
John is survived by his father, John Sisler Sr.; son Ryan Sisler; sister Deb (Kyle) Haggerty; Savannah (Donavan Miley) McCowen; nephew Josh (Boston Burke) Haggerty; great-nephew Lincoln Burke; grandchildren Rowan, Kyson, Kreed, and Kinzleigh; many cousins, and close friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Sisler.
John Edward-Blain Sisler Jr. will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
