

Born on January 15, 1975, in Lansing, Kimberly attended Everett High School. She went on to dedicate 15 years of service as a Medical Assistant at Michigan State University, where she was known for her professionalism, compassion, and unwavering commitment to patient care.
Kimberly was a bright light in everyone’s life. Her warmth and vibrant spirit touched all who knew her. She had a creative soul and found joy in simple pleasures—knitting intricate patterns with care, bringing pages to life through coloring, and cherishing her beloved Barbies. These hobbies were more than pastimes; they were expressions of her unique personality and enduring sense of wonder.
She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Amara Finnie-Hubbert; her mother Sue (Edwin) Kaiser; her father David (Patricia) Finnie; her sister Christine Carrion; her nephew Jordan Finnie; and her niece Chelsea Crespo. Kimberly also shared deep bonds with many dear friends who stood by her side throughout life’s journey: Michelle Laing, Dawn Thomas, Kristin Lutzke Caris, Bethany Richardson Roper, and Lytrel Brown.
May Kimberly’s memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her. A Memorial Service will be held on July 19, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Williamston United Methodist Church 211 S Putnam St. Visitation will take place 1 hour prior. The family requests those attending to wear orange.
