Phyllis Ann Koutsoubos, 71, passed away on August 6, 2020 in Webberville, Michigan. Born July 12, 1949 in Lansing to Fred and Dorothy (Downs) Keesaer, Phyllis graduated from Sexton High School.
Phyllis retired from the United States Postal Services after a long career, starting in the mail room in Lansing and working up to her longtime route in Webberville.
She enjoyed collecting antiques and sewing, and was known for the beautiful blankets and crafts she made for her family. Phyllis was an extremely talented singer who loved participating in the CMI choir, both in the large group singing and in the ensembles. Her talent shone in the smaller performance groups, and she loved the time she spent performing.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Raymond Koutsoubos.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Candi Smith and Dusty Smith; her grandchildren, Skylar Lynde and Nathan Crandall; her great-granddaughter, Arabella VanWoert; and her siblings, Joe Keesaer and Linda Keesaer Compton.
