Shirley Marie Ford passed away on Friday, October 31, 2014 at the age of 85. She was born December 26, 1928 in Stratford, Ontario, Canada to Emma Katherine (Neubauer) and John George Dallner. She worked at the Ford Motor Company in Windsor, Ontario and met her one and only true love Wallace D. Ford. She married Wally April 15, 1950.

Shirley found the most joy in being around her family. She had a beautiful heart and was very active in her church. Her generous, loving spirit will live on in the hearts of everyone whose lives she touched.

She was preceded in death by her husband Wallace and son, William C.

Surviving are her daughter Lesley; 3 sons, David (Terri), Philip (Judy), and Michael; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

A Funeral Mass will be held 12:00 PM Monday, November 10, 2014 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 157 High Street, Williamston, MI 48895. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 9, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 205 E. Middle Street, Williamston, MI 48895, and at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Williamston, MI.
