Thomas I. Botsford, age 88, died August 23, 2013. Tom was born in Lansing, MI to Archibald and Louina (Williams) Botsford. He honorably served in the US Navy from 1942-1944. Tom retired from GM. He worked part-time in his retirement at a hardware store and party store in Williamston. Tom enjoyed time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 69 1/2 years, Pauline. Surviving are 2 daughters, Sharon Hawes of Knoxville, TN and Sue Vanmiddlesworth (Rod) of Fulton, MI; 2 sons, Thomas and Steven Botsford both of Williamston; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at the Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, Williamston Chapel, 205 E. Middle Street, Williamston, MI 48895.
