She was preceded in death by her parents Ivan and Rhea (Otis) Perkins, her husband and the love of her life for 55 years Paul, brother Otis (Eleanor) Perkins, sister Bernadine (Herm) Fuller, brother Arvid Perkins, brother Cloyce Perkins, brother Arnold Perkins, brother in law Jim McQuay, and grandson Douglas Dietz.
Virgiline is survived by her sister Marlowe McQuay-Eden, sister Lorna (Robert) Brown, daughter Mardell (Donald) DeLoof (Dietz), daughter Diane Dietz, grandchildren Jeffery (Denise) Brown, Gregory (Jenifer) Dietz, Steven (Rebecca) Brown, ten great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, sister in laws Lorena Perkins and Marge Perkins, and many nieces and nephews.
Alongside her husband Paul, together they built the family business, raised a family together and traveled together. Virgie was incredibly strong, yet kind and compassionate. She loved high heels and dancing, and will be remembered as likely being a Queen in her prior life.
Please join Virgie’s family at Family Life Wesleyan Church, 3720 Rowley Road, Williamston for a Memorial Service on Friday, September 14, 2018 at 11 am. The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service.
