Diana Sparrow Roberson

Diana Sparrow Roberson, 69, died Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Vidant Medical Center. The funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church with Rev Ray Tavenner officiating; burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.

Diana was born in Martin County on November 17, 1947. She was the daughter of the late Furnie Wilford and Johnny Lucille Myers Sparrow. Diana was the owner and operator of Four Seasons Realty Group and a member of the First United Methodist Church.

On November 16, 1966 she married James Oscar Roberson who preceded her in death on April 26, 2008.

Surviving are daughters Katherine Roberson of Williamston and Mimi Graniero and husband Scott of Stafford, VA, brother Ronald Wilford Sparrow and wife Beverly of Chapel Hill, and grandchildren Collin Graniero and Luke Graniero.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:30-8:30 PM at Biggs Funeral Home and other times at the residence 1476 View Nicholson Rd Williamston NC.
