Dorothy Lee Scott Stalls

Dorothy was born in Martin County on February 5, 1929 daughter of the late Jack Scott Sr. and Sidney Whitaker Scott. She was retired from Blue Ridge Shoe Company where she worked for several years. Dorothy was a member of Rebohoth Pentecostal Holiness Church. Her husband James Elmer Stalls preceded her in death on November 4, 1966.

Surviving are daughters Diane Pender and Shelia Council both of Williamston, sons Sammy Stalls of the home and Leroy Stalls of Niceville Florida, step son Neal Goddard of Henderson, sisters Myrtle Woolard and Sidney Peaks both of Williamston, brother Jack Scott Jr. of Williamston, grandchildren James Sullivan and wife Ashley, Jamie Sullivan and wife Beverly, Angela Stalls and Paul Ono, Crystal Stalls, Ryan Stalls, Lisa Rogerson and husband Brian, Jesse Council, 11 great grandchildren, and Fur Baby Peanut Stalls.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:30-8:00 PM at Biggs Funeral Home and other times at the residence 1456 Tyner Road.
