Emily Roberson

Emily Elizabeth Gurganus Roberson, 76, died Tuesday night at Martin General Hospital. The funeral will be held Saturday April 20, 2013 at 2:00 pm at First Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Roger Leggett, and Rev. Dallas Gurganus officiating; burial will follow at Woodlawn cemetery.

She was the daughter of the late Noah and Bertha Leggett Gurganus

Mrs. Roberson was a homemaker, and a member of the First Pentecostal Holiness Church. ln 1955 she married William Alfred "Dick" Roberson who died on March 27, 1992.

She was survived by her daughters Patricia Sheppard, Kathy Roberson, and Joyce Gurganus, son Steve Cartee, and a sister Dorothy Rawls. 5 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren

The family will receive friends Friday, April 19, 2013 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at the First Pentecostal Holiness Church in Williamston and other times at the home
