Maria Brigitte Taylor

Maria Brigitte Taylor,85 died Monday November 25, 2013 at her home, prayer services will be held Friday night at 6:00 PM at Biggs Funeral Chapel in Williamston. A funeral mass with family and church family will be held Saturday at 1:00 PM at The Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Father Bill Long officiating, burial will follow at the Taylor family cemetery.

She was born December 22, 1927 in Trier Germany to the late Peter Hilgert and Barbara George Hilgert.

She was survived by daughters Carla Ward and husband Brad of Williamston, Monica Taylor Hall and husband Douglas of Williamsburg, Va. Patricia Taylor Carlton and husband Larry of Abingdon, Va. Kay Taylor Perry and husband Michael of Monroe, and Amanda Taylor Rogerson of Wlliamston. Son Thomas Paul Taylor of Stokes, Sisters Irma Poppe of Scottsdale, Arizona, Erna Varnagyi of Pulheim, Germany, Brother Paul Hilgert of Beckingen, Germany, 8 Grandchildren and 1 Great-Grand child.

The family will receive friends Friday night immediately following the service and other times at the home.
