Nelson Brian Prince

Nelson Brian Prince,70, died Tuesday July 12,2011 at Martin General Hospital. The funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 :00 am at First Christian Church with Rev Karen Kelly, Rev Jim Bussell, and Rev Jim Horton officiating; graveside service will be at 3 :00 pm at Crestview Memorial Park in South Hill Virginia.

Nelson was born in Albany New York and later lived in Miamisburg Ohio. He graduated from Virginia Military Institute, and received his Masters Degree from the University of Maine. On November 14, 1964 he married Elizabeth Jones and at that time they moved to Williamston. He retired from the Weyerhaeuser Company in Plymouth after 39 years of service.

He is survived by his wife Elizabeth J Prince, daughters Amanda Prince Peele & husband John of Raleigh, and Elizabeth Prince Bartolomeo of Raleigh, sister Gayle Prince Shorter of Camden Alabama, brother Dr John Prince of South Amhurst Ohio, and grandchildren Brian Carter Peele and Elizabeth Lynn Bartolomeo.

The family will receive friends Friday from 7-8:30 PM at Biggs Funeral Home and other times at the residence 102 E Roosevelt Drive Williamston NC
