Roy E. Howell

Roy E Howell, 77, died Monday July 2, 2012 at Martin General Hospital. The funeral service will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM at Cedar Grove FW Baptist Church; burial will follow at Martin Memorial Gardens with Rev Phil Howell, Rev Roger Leggett and Rev Bobby Leonard officiating.

Roy was born in Martin County on April 13, 1935. He was the son of the late Oscar and Mary Frances Norris Howell. He was retired from Spring Mill where he had worked in the Maintenance Department.

He is survived by a sister Allie Mae Scott and husband David of Williamston and a brother Phil Howell and wife Nell of Wingate.

The family will receive friends Friday from 6:30-8:30 PM at Biggs Funeral Home in Williamston and other times at the home of Allie Mae Scott 2469 Spring Green Rd Williamston NC.
