A Fond Memory of David Bangert:

David is a friend and an early supporter of Arthenex. He charming smile will always be remembered. He attended our Athenex IPO in 2017 and he to me that day that he was so happy to be able to support biotechnology development in Western New York. Without his help and unfailing support, we will not be where we are. David will also remember for his support of Athenex and biotechnology development. We will double down on our effort to develop the best treatment for cancer patients, as a token of our appreciation for his unfailing support. David will always be remembered.

Courtney and family,
I met your father when he was scorekeeper for Will North Girls Basketball. I truly looked forward each year to seeing him when Orchard Park played home and away. We swapped stories about basketball and family. It was so obvious how much his children and family meant to him. I sensed what a special person he was. My condolences to you and my hope that you find solace in the memories you have.
Sincerely,
Kathy Holmes

Jessica, Justin, Chelsea and Courtney,

My deepest condolences to you on the loss of your father. My wife Amy and I met your parents when Dave and I started our financial advisor careers at AXA Advisors in 2000. Over the last twenty years, whenever we spoke, they always talked with such pride about the four of you. We cherish the work trips where we both brought our young families. We had a great time and I always enjoyed my talks with your Dad. As of late, his passion for Athenex and the four of you, always dominated our conversations. We are thinking of you and the entire Bangert family at this incredibly difficult time.

Dave was an early, and enthusiastic, supporter of Kinex/Athenex. Through my interactions with him I found him to always be a kind and gentle man. You could sense his good, and sincere, nature immediately upon talking to him. He was the kind of man the world needs more of....

The loss is heavy & the pain you feel is unbearable. Life can be so inconsiderate sometimes. Losing your father at such a young age is very painful. But it’s time to look back and remember all the good things in life he did for you and your family. It’s time to continue the legacy of a great man your father truly was. Stay strong.
