Church at 9 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
David W. Beaudet of Williamsville, a retired sales manager and former business owner, died Friday in Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital in Amherst. He was 84. Born in Manchester, N.H., he attended Boston University. Mr. Beaudet served as a staff sergeant in the Army during the Korean War. He worked as a branch manager for Monroe Calculators from 1954 to 1976. He then went on to become the owner and president of Command Duplicating Systems, a supplier of business equipment, from 1977 to 1991. From there he worked as a sales manager for Business Depot from 1992 until his retirement in 2000.
Mr. Beaudet was a former member of the Sandy Beach Yacht Club, Scituate Yacht Club and Amherst Seniors Golf League. He was also a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church in Amherst. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, three children, nine grandchildren and a brother.
