Please accept my sympathy at this sad time. Fay meant a lot to me. For over 40 years we had many, many good times with crafts, rug braiding, Amherst Museum and Welcome Wagon. Fay was a wonderful person and I'm lucky that I have to have shared so many wonderful times together with her.

So sorry we can’t be there to celebrate her life. We will cherish her painting!

A welcoming spirit, whether it be knocking on the door in 1965 or 2021.
Over this time period are many memories but the one I'll share here is more recent from summer of 2019.
While sitting on the porch visiting, the sun began to set. Mrs. H., Fay, Mom, suddenly got up while saying "look at that sunset" and proceeded to walk down the stairs of the porch, onto the sidewalk toward neighbor Carol's house to have a better view.
I quickly followed and we both stood in awe of this everyday naturally wonderful sight.
When we returned to the porch I was told by Mom that she and Bud frequently visited the Niagara River water front for sunsets.
Continued prayers always,
Paul Wasik

Words can not express , how lucky we were to have a great friend in Fay. Fay was a lovely person, she sure made a great fire in her backyard in Leisurewood. Have many great memories visiting her and Norm when we were their neighbors. Lots of hugs and laughs.
You will be missed R.I.P my dear Big hugs and prayers to your family...Janet Nottleman
