Dear Mom, My son John wrote this for me many years ago.  When he gave it to me, I started to cry thinking these words are really meant for you. "If God was the sun shinning on the earth providing it energy for life, no matter what we do to the planet, then you are his Angel who powers everyone you encounter, with an incredible, intense, never ending unconditional love. Mom you are the most beautiful, loving and caring human I have ever chosen, and I know for a fact that I will never encounter any human form with your strength, your humbleness, your infinite love, your unselfishness, caring, your evolved soul, until I meet you again, when time is not going to matter anymore. Today God took an Angel home.

Thank you Lord for loaning us Aunt Fran.  Thank you for the times she took me in, and fed me, and made me laugh.  She taught me the right way to vacuum a rug, and how to smile when I bumped my head.   She fought for me when I needed it and cried with me when I needed that.  I never saw her without a smile, though I heard her at her most furious.  Quick to forgive, faster to laugh and smile, her cookie jar was never empty.  
I will miss that smile Lord, I will miss that comforting hug.  I know why you wanted her back, her light will brighten the heavens and warm the hearts of those who have gone before.  But I miss her Lord, I miss her so very much,,,,

I remember seeing you, Jinx and my Mom walking to church every morning.  I would pass you on my way to work and you always waved and smiled.  I miss those days and will also miss you.  You were truly one of the most caring and kindest individuals I have ever known.


When I think of my childhood I think of Mrs. Marchese. Always the bright spot making me cakes and cookies,but most of all being a wonderful friend to my Mom Eva. Thank you for always being a little girls second Mom. love, Dawnie
