I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. It's always hard to find the right words, but growing up if I ever needed a laugh or someone to cheer me up Gabby is who I would turn to.

Gabby and I didn't keep in touch much after high school, but I will be forever grateful for her positivity and for the moments we shared at St. Greg's. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I have never met a person so full of life as Gabby—when I think of her I hear her laughter. She was the most true and authentic version of herself always, and she taught me so much. The world is better for having known her, and my heart is broken to have lost her. I am so incredibly sorry.

How sad. I remember teaching her at St. Gregs when she was in 7th & 8th grade. She was brilliant. I will pray for her family.

Gabby was always so joyful and welcoming -- she was the first one to really welcome me as a friend when we got to St. Greg's in 5th and she helped bring me out of my super shy bubble. I remember she came over to our house once and my mom was apologizing for what a mess our kitchen which Gabby responded, "No, that's what I love about your house! It's so real and warm and welcoming!" :) She was kind and friendly to everyone -- and I pray we each carry on her kind spirit to brighten our world.

Pan and Pani Kozik & Izabela, I am praying for you all. Sciskam Was mocno <3

Gabby was such a light, and I loved her so much. She radiated positivity and warmth. She was kind, good natured, and brilliant--she had an unparalleled love of learning. I still remember her speech as valedictorian. And I can hear her laugh from heaven to here. She is loved by many. To the Kozik family: We are here for you in any way. You are in our prayers. All our love, the Dines.

Thy Will Be Done
“I’ll lend you for a little time a child of mine” God said.
“For you to love the while she lives and morn for when she’s dead.

It may be six or seven years or twenty one or three.
But, will you till I call her back, take care of her for me?

She’ll bring her charms to gladden you and should her stay be brief, you’ll have her lovely memories as solace for all your grief.

I cannot promise she will stay, since all from earth return
But there are lesions taught down there I want this child to learn.

I’ve looked this wide world over in my search for teachers true,
And from the throngs that crowd life’s lanes, I have selected you.

Now, will you give her all your love, nor think the labor vain, nor hate me when I come to call to take her back again?

I fancied that I heard them say, ”Dear Lord, Thy will be done, for all the joy thy child shall bring, the risk of grief we’ll run.
We’ll shelter her with tenderness, we’ll love her while we may, and for the happiness we’ve known, forever grateful stay.”

“But should the angles call for her much sooner than we planned, we’ll brave the bitter grief that comes and try and understand”

I'm very sorry for your loss. I met Gabby in high school through her St. Greg's friends. I went to St. Joe's and we hung out with the HAA girls a lot. We became close in high school and college and even a bit after our educations. She was beautiful, very intelligent, and such a kind soul. She has gone too soon but I love the quote " God needed another angel". May she rest in peace and you find comfort in knowing she is back with her maker. God bless.

Gabby was the best friend I’ve ever had. We met in preschool and became attached at the hip. She was the most genuine, hilarious and kind hearted person I ever knew. Gabby loved so much and her smile and laugh were contagious. I will miss her forever.

As I write, Gabby’s smile (as when I first met her as a small child in my house with her St Greg's uniform ) is imprinted in my mind. Every time we saw her, she shared the same beautiful smile to those around her. She had a very positive influence my family's lives and I truly believe others. May her good soul be at peace, her goodness radiate through eternity and her family be comforted knowing she had many happy moments and was (is) loved by many.
