James T. "Jim" Bakewell, of Lockport, NY entered into rest on November 12, 2025 at age 75. Beloved husband of 51 years to Susan (nee Brenner) Bakewell; devoted father of Eric (Melissa) Bakewell and Aaron (Caitlin) Bakewell; adored grandfather of Madison, Hayleigh, Carson, Ethan and Molly Bakewell; loving son of the late Margaret (nee Tucker) and Reuben "Bud" Bakewell; dear brother of Margie (late Gregg) Fronczak and the late Susan Bakewell; cherished brother-in-law of Donna (Henry) Scimia and Kevin (Carol) Brenner; also survived by other loving relatives and friends. Relatives and friends may visit PERNA, DENGLER, ROBERTS FUNERAL HOME, 1671 Maple Rd., Williamsville, NY 14221 on Friday, November 28, 2025 from 11am - 1pm. A memorial service will immediately follow at 1pm. Flowers gratefully declined.
