Jerome T. Czajkowski

Of Getzville, New York passed away on December 2, 2025 at age 79. Beloved husband of Susan K. Phillips. Loving father of Steve (Beth), Greg (Caitlin) and Jeff Czajkowski. Dear grandfather of Henry, Roger, Nathan and Bridget. Dear brother of Thaddeus "Ted" (Mary) Czajkowski and the late Mary (the late Norm) Staszak. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call on Monday December 8, 2025 from 3-6pm at PERNA, DENGLER, ROBERTS FUNERAL HOME, 1671 Maple Rd. Williamsville, NY 14221, where a Celebration of Life Service will follow at 6pm. Jerry was a successful businessman, owning and running advertising and financial planning businesses for many years. He loved golf and volunteered teaching golf to disadvantaged kids for The First Tee. He was a very good athlete, being the star tennis player for Bishop Turner High School, winning nearly every one of his matches. He also won a CYO basketball league title and free throw contest with his twin brother Ted and a senior golf league title with Ted. He and Ted helped organize Bishop Turner High Schools 50th year reunion. He enjoyed life, spending time with family and friends, dining out, great music, holidays, Mcpartlans fish frys, running and exercise, vacations and travel, amongst many other things... He will be sorely missed. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of WNY Chapter.
