Beloved husband of 71 years to Marie (nee Borriello) O'Neill; dear brother of Dolores O'Neill; devoted father of Kenneth (Debbie) O'Neill, Carol Mangano and Douglas (Josephine) O'Neill; cherished grandfather of Andrew O'Neill, Chris Mangano, Patrick O'Neill, Nicholas O'Neill and Samantha O'Neill; adored great-grandfather of Liam St. Denny.
John was born in New York City on May 29, 1930 and grew up in Queens, NY. He and Marie were married in 1954. John retired as a marketing manager for the Xerox Corporation. He was active in the Catholic church spending time as a lector, eucharistic minister and parish council member. He was active in the Ancient Order of Hibernians and little league baseball. He was a devoted Christian, husband, father and friend.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in the Brothers of Mercy Center Chapel, 4520 Ransom Rd., Clarence, NY 14031 on Friday (July 17, 2026) at 10am.
