Husband of the late Maryanne Leffler Hook; dear father of Michael (Vicki), John (Candy), Timothy (Cindy), Lynn (Scott) Browning and Christopher (Julie) Hook; also survived by 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Hook; brother of the late Ronald (Connie) Hook.
