I really enjoyed talking and laughing with Marty while working on the newsletter. 
 He always found the best corn for the corn roast.
Marty you will be missed

I was very saddened to hear that Marty passed away.  He always had a smile for everyone.

Marty was my favorite cousin and I was able to see him and say goodbye a few hours before he passed. His loss leaves a giant hole in my heart. We could talk about anything, and, most recently, were able to solve most of the world problems facing us today :-)  His sense of humor was contagious, and he never failed to give me support when I needed it.  Pat, Jessica, and Wende, you will forever be in my prayers.

I don't know where to start for best memories, they are all great. I've known Marty for half my life , shared many experiences from the Air National Guard, Army National Guard & Wende Correctional. He could turn the two week summer camp in the guard to a two week comedy show, while training of course.  My wife & I have fond memories of events over the years with his lovely wife Pat,  daughters Wendy & Jessica and the grandchildren who he deeply cherished.  I will miss our phone conversations when we would solve many world problems on about anything and he'd end with "whatcha gonna do"  I will miss you my brother. May God watch over your family. May you rest in peace my friend. 

Had the pleasure of knowing Marty from work at Wende. I enjoyed some good conversation and laughs. He was a good person and co worker. May he Rest In Peace.

I was sorry to hear of Marty’s passing.  I worked with him at Wende.  He was a great officer and coworker with a great sense of humor.  I still have a couple animated drawings he drew that make me laugh.  RIP Marty

I am very saddened to hear about Mr. Nowak's passing.   He worked and carpooled with my dad for many years while working at Wende Correctional Facility.   He always had a smile on his face.  My thoughts and prayers are with you Mrs. Nowak, Jessica,  Wendy and family.
