August 16, 2018, beloved husband of Joyce I. (Tripp) and the late Nancy M. (Wlos) Scherrer; loving father of Jeffrey (Ann), Marc (Rebecca) and Todd (Lisa) Scherrer; loving stepfather of Troy and Nathaniel Dalpiaz; cherished grandfather of Julia, Michael, Elizabeth, Catherine, Margaret, William and Amie Scherrer, Peyton, Tori, Riley and Lucas Dalpiaz; dear brother of George (late Connie) Scherrer; also survived by his sisters in law, brothers in law and nieces and nephews.
The family will be present to receive friends Monday from 4-7 PM at BEACH-TUYN FUNERAL HOME INC. 5541 Main St. (at Cayuga Rd.) Williamsville. A private Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hospice Foundation of WNY.
