To the Falsone family, I was lucky enough to have worked with Mike. He was an awesome guy with a terrific sense of humor, one of those people that made work fun. I'm so sorry for your loss, know he's in a better place.

Lisa, I don't have words .....I'm really sorry! For the pain and sadness you all are going through and for me not being there with you. We have so many great memories together. Where did 26 years go?? Since I've been in Ohio, our camping trips got harder to make but I'll never forget all the great times, Mike was like a brother!  You and Mike had a wonderful life together!  You Joey, & Andrea are in my thoughts and prayers. I love you all.  I'm praying for you all.  I'll come home to see you soon. Sending you my love from Colorado.

Dear Lisa, I was so sorry to hear of Mike's death and want to express my most sincere sympathies to you and the family during this difficult time.  Your husband was a highly valuable and respected member of our Team at THS, and I was extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with him as his supervisor this past year.  Mike was always willing to go the extra mile and he will be missed by all of us.  I really wanted to be there today, but please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all!

Words cannot express the loss you feel right now. Such times can only be gotten through one moment at a time...But remember you're not alone. God will carry you through this. We cannot understand it all... It's overwhelming... But God will carry you through. He's here with us. And one day soon, you WILL be together again. You just need to finish out the rest of your journey on our earthly life...God has a set of plans for each of you...And you still have work to do here on earth, and your dad, well... I believe God has him now for reasons that only God can explain... And one day He will. 
And not having all the pieces to the puzzle is hard to take. But know... God is with you always...Give Him your anger, frustration and what ever else you're all feeling. He knows what pain is...He hung from a cross... So give him your pain... He can take it... But there is hope, rest your hearts on knowing this, we WILL all be together again!
Andrea, you're my daughter's best friend. You're like a daughter to me... We've known you since kindergarten at DeSales...And you became a part of our family. The wonderful stories and experiences you've shared with us about your dad has made him dear to us too. We'll all miss him so... Please remember,
we are here for you all... We love you all so much. And when you need a hug... We are here for that too...forever..

I was fortunate to have known Mike through work.  He was a very special person indeed.  His sense of humor was infectious and he was one of the most positive and genuine people I have ever spent time with. 

While there is little comfort in words during this difficult time, please know that he will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.  May Mike's memory be eternal.

Mike, was always known to us as Mark. When you talk about good people, Mark was a good person. It is such a tremendous loss to Lisa, Joe, Andrea, and Joseph, his dad. He will be remembered for his values.

Your work family is not unlike your real family - filled with some you wouldn't spend time with otherwise if it weren't for the circumstances. There are the ones you say hello to, how are you, to be cordial. And there are the ones you actually are glad to see, really want to know how they are. The ones that bring a smile to your heart when you see them because they are different. Mike was that person. My heart always smiled when I saw him everyday because he was true. You could tell that his heart and smile were genuine. You can always spot the light in the dark and he was and is a light. Every time I think of Mike a smile grows and I know that it is his light that he passed on to me. So I carry a piece of that beautiful spirit in me and I thank God for letting me be a part of that. I may never understand why he had to leave so soon but I am truly grateful that my walk home intersected with his, if only for a while.  Lord, thank you for Mike. I pray for peace and comfort for all those who knew and loved him. Let our hearts remain grateful, Lord, that your light in Mike will continue to shine through us. In your name, amen.

Words are beyond me, I'm so sorry for the families loss. Mike is and always will be in my heart. He will be remembered by making life everyday seem so much easier, he is smart, entellagent and always knew how to get the last word in by asking," so what do you think"?  When you really didn't want to Make the ultimate desicion. He will be a major loss in a fantastic work place may our flag be at half staff when all returns on Tues to work... Mike was one of a kind.  His infectious laugh and sense of humor brought many smiles to the faces of all who knew him.  A wonderful coworker and friend, he will be greatly missed.

Trying to find the words, to say, how much Mike meant to our family.  We had so many good times together.  Always remembering Mike saying " Everything is fine " Mike will truly be missed . There will be a void in our hearts.. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, at this very difficult time.

Mike always went out of his way to say good morning or to make us smile at Associated Brands. He helped both Ron and I a lot on the cupline. He will be truly missed and our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Mike, he was always a good co worker, he was funny and could keep you laughing, he always worked his hardest to make sure everything was the way it should be and made all of our jobs easier, he wasn't one to shy away from a joke telling moment thats for sure, we will all miss his smiling face and cunning attitude around the plant!
