Every time I was working and he came in he always made a point to come over to me. Greeted with a hug and kind words always. I will miss the great conversations we had and mostly his great smile that no matter the mood you were in always made the day better. Knowing him these last five years made me a better man. So sorry too all of you for your huge loss. He will always be in my prayers and thoughts, this world is a darker place without him. Fly high my guy.
Love , Cory Jackson

Leaving a Legacy...
He has no doubt left a great legacy behind. We look at everything he has touched and made better through life, and by doing that, we are reminded daily of how he made an influential impact. What I see is a great legacy left through his children. For years he has held the baton of life, showing them the different aspects of life, from good time to bad times. Molding them to be the great people they are today. The life lessons taught and learned. This is what a legacy is to me. Well done sir. Now the batons have been passed down, and his legacy will continue through the eyes of his children and grandchildren.
My mother had given me an avocado tree months ago that I have left in a pot on my Front porch. I have been meaning to plant this tree for weeks now but every time I say I will plant it, something comes up. Today I planted it. I planted it with you in my mind while I carefully nurtured it into its home to grow. It will bear fruit someday and my family will enjoy this fruit over many new and old memories. This tree symbolizes to me new growth in ones life.
Thank you for all you have done. My love to the family.
