Dear Laura,
I always smiled when you and your dad would joke back and forth. It is so obvious how much he loved you, your sister and Mom. You are such a wonderful young lady and your dad is such big part of you. I am so sorry to hear that he was taken from you. You, your Mom and sister are in my and my family's thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry to hear the news of Neil's passing. I had worked with Neil on the assembling of his appeals for many years, going back close to 20 years when I started with my company. He was always a wonderful person to work with, a very smart attorney and a wonderful human being. I am very sorry that I only learned of his passing today. I would have made it a point for sure to pay my respects. I give my condolences to his family and my prayers.

Dear Karla, Laura and Julia:

I am so sadden to hear of Neil's passing, my thoughts and prayers are with you during this hard time.

I just read through all the wonderful things that were said about him and it made me remember all of the great things that he instilled in me. I remember starting at C&L and he was the first attorney that I had worked for. I was so nervous, not realizing that Neil was one of the best people to know and to have as a boss. My last day there was probably one of the hardest, but I knew that Neil would still always be around. He had grown to be more than just my boss; he was a great friend to have in my life. I knew that no matter how much time had passed between talks or emails, he was always there to lend a helping hand. He was always there to help me (and Tim) no matter what was going on, whether it was some “home improvement projects” or just the every day struggles in life.

Remember to stay strong, as we all know that is most certainly what Neil would want from everyone.

And Neil, take care up there in Heaven, I am going to miss you!!!

Karla, Laura & Julia,

I was extremely shocked to learn of Neil's passing. I had the honor of knowing Neil as a colleague and friend. He truly was a great mentor and gentleman. Above all else, he was an incredible man and he loved each of you dearly. I know he was very proud of his girls. His passing is a tremendous loss.

I was shocked and sad to hear of Neil's passing. I have know Neil since he graduated from law school. He was a true professional in all my dealings with him. I work with his sister, Kathy, who spoke with Neil daily. Neil was always there for her in her times of need. He will be missed by not only the legal profession but the insurance profession. When I think of a true, honest attorney, his hame appears at the top. Wonderful guy. My deep sympathy to his wife, two daughters and rest of his family.
