From the bottom of my ❤️ you have no idea how much love and joy you brought to my life .I will always be forever grateful for all the times we've shared forever in my heart may you rest in peace and may your family find peace and comfort knowing you're in God's arms.we will dance again in heaven. Rip Phillip, you were such a good person, and I always enjoyed spending time together.  You will be missed.

Mr. Phil was a very dear friend and "little brother" to my dad Frank Germano. We are all so sad and shocked to just hear of his passing now. He was so kind and loving to everyone. I will always keep Monday night dinners in my heart. The world really lost a wonderful man.

My deepest condolences to Phil's family and many friends. I'm one of his neighbors and I can't say enough kind things about him. He always said hello and asked how I was. Countless times after a long day's work, I would come home to a plowed driveway clear of snow. He helped so many in the neighborhood and will be greatly missed.

May he rest in peace, his spirit and light will shine on.

My heart and prayers are with the family of Phil Zarcone, I was a co worker of his at the BMHA and he was a great person and a great mechanic that always went above and beyond , he will be greatly miss, Rest in Peace to Mr. Zarcone

I am going to miss Phil so much. My parents live two hours away and he became a father figure and friend to me when I met Deb and Andrew. He took the time to teach me things when I got my first house that my dad didn't know how to do or couldn't because of the distance. He showed up for every important event in my life in the 3 and a half years I knew him. I am going to miss sitting by the fire with him and Deb and his calming and patient presence.

RIP good buddy. Will always remember the good times we had cruising in your El Camino instead of working. Those beers sure went down good.

Rest in peace Phil, one of the good ones at the BMHA. Thanks for all you have done for me.

I am so sorry for your loss. Phil was a bright light in the world, and will be missed. May he RIP in the arms of God.
