Robert N. Krapf

Robert N. Krapf passed away on March 4, 2026, at the age of 88. Born in Rochester on June 20, 1937.Husband of Frances (Young) Krapf; father of Andrew (Sharon) Krapf, Patrick Krapf and Amy (Iman) Hashemi; grandfather of Benjamin (Jasmine) Krapf, Matthew Krapf and Noah Hashemi; great grandfather of Quentin; brother of the late Jean (late John) Hach; uncle of Jennifer, John, Joseph and Liz. No prior visitation, all are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated from St. Benedict's Church on Friday March 20 at 9:30AM followed by burial in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Rochester, NY. Robert worked as a Chemical and Nuclear Engineer, and was a proud graduate of the University of Detroit, where he met his wife of 62 years. Robert was a true patriot, regularly tuning into Fox News, engaging with the world around him, and fostering spirited conversations. Robert loved his family and was especially proud of his two adult grandchildren, who are currently serving our country in the Air Force and Army. He also cherished daily visits from his youngest grandson who is a 2nd grader at St. Ben’s.
