My deepest sympathy to Ron's family and loved ones.  A true gentleman with a kind and gentle heart.  My business relationship with Ron spanned 30 plus years encompassing hundreds of projects without ever a single written contract.  His word was golden, a comfortable trust in his handshake.  I will sorely  miss our conversations and his friendship.  Heaven has a brand new angel.

My sincere condolences to the Alsheimer family.  I knew Ron many years ago and always considered him one of the "good guys"!  I remember Ron as a kind and considerate business man who was a pleasure to do business with.  My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.

One of the great, good guys in our real estate industry. Treated brokers with respect and was a true pleasure to work with when negotiating deals. Always even keeled, extremely efficient and detail oriented which resulted in successful deals. 
Enjoyed just sitting and talking with Ron and picking his brain about business in general - really have a lot of respect for Ron's entrepreneurial spirit and great business acumen. He will be sorely missed in our industry.

To Ron’s Family
On behalf of Delaware Pediatrics I want to express our condolences on your loss.  His untimely and all too soon passing leaves this community with a void that will not easily be filled . Ron’s accomplishments speak for themselves. He was as kind and unassuming as he was successful. He was a true gentleman in every sense of the word. 
When Delaware Pediatrics was looking for a new home I had the great fortune of working with Ron to build out our new space . I could not have asked for a finer gentleman to collaborate with.  Ron was an astute businessman but always very fair and attentive to our needs. It was a true pleasure to have worked with Ron and  we are all deeply saddened by his passing. 
May God grant him eternal rest and the occasional development project in heaven.

Ron was a such a kind person who gave so much to others.  He touched so many lives and those of us who may have only been a small part of his life have been blessed.  Our part of the world was made a better place because he was in it.  
My heart goes out to the Alsheimer family. May you find comfort and a sense of peace with your fond memories and with the knowledge that he loved you all.

Ron has been my client for 11 years at The Fitness Institute & Pilates Studio. It is hard to imagine I will not see his smile walk through the door again. He would always come flying in and say "OK lets get this over with I have a lot to do."  I learned a lot from Ron and in the process I came to know a man with impeccable integrity someone  I could look up to and share many things about life family and friends. He was a very special person and he will me missed deeply. Ron was a helper he always jumped in when something needed to be done whether it was a client of his, friends or family.  God speed my friend until we meet again.

fail, a class act and a gentleman to deal with. He property has always been expertly maintained and everyone who visited my law firm always complemented me on how beautiful the property was!

First met Ron in 4 th grade in Waterville NY. Through out elementary school, Jr High and high school we formed a solid and lasting friendship. We double dated , we raised a bit of hell , we went to summer school together ( a result of raising a bit of hell in HS.) we travelled to NYC , Montreal , Ottawa and Toronto on hell raising trips. We spent hours watching “Man From Uncle “ playing  monopoly that would last for days and weeks. Ron started his first business in a small store front in Waterville, selling stereo equipment and records. He was in Jr High School. Ron and Joe and I spent countless hours at that store , listening to records and doing teenager stuff. In High School he moved his store to city of Utica. He never looked back. Stereo , video, and TV  stores across N.Y.  one success opened the door to another. He departed the retail world and entered commercial real estate in Western and Central NY. For over 65 years Ron and I built a lasting friendship and cemented endless memories for which I am so blessed to have and hold. Bidding fair well is very painful , but without love there is no pain. God Bless Ron.

I met Ron in 2001 when I was looking to move my law firm, Stenger and Finnerty from the 18th floor of the Main Place Tower. He and I hit it off immediately and he showed me a beautiful old building, essentially vacant, on Niagara Square. Architecturally and aesthetically it was perfect. I took the Third Floor, opulent former offices built in the roaring twenties, And became his first major tenant for this new Plaza Suites venture. Though we had a written lease, Ron and I were essentially handshake guys. Every promise we ever made to each other we kept and then some. As a landlord he was trustworthy, attentive and entirely reliable. As a man he was solid gold in every way. He visited 70 Niagara frequently and, whenever he did, he and I would have a nice long visit. I'm still at 70 Niagara. I'm saddened by his untimely passing and I will miss him. My deepest condolences to his loving family on this irreplaceable loss.

I had the privilege of working for Ron for many years, He was a constant example of integrity and dedication. Ron led with strength and kindness. I will always be grateful for the trust he placed in me and the lessons I learned under his leadership. He will be deeply missed.
