I remember Ron as always having a smile on his face and an interesting book in his hand.  He was as kind and generous a human being as I have ever met. God bless and keep you, Ron.

Ron was a wonderful, generous, caring man. He did so much for so many. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. I worked with Ron for many years, and have so many great memories. Condolences to his family.

Ron was my first cousin and we shared the same initials RAL until I married; we spent a lot of time with our gram and he was best man at my wedding - you will all be in my prayers

But Ron was special to all who came to know him, and I believe his purpose was to make this world understand what love, friendship, goodness, and humbleness was all about. 7 years ago or so Ron came into our vitamin store in San clemente, CA. After helping him he mentioned he was Buffalo and I told him my family was from Buffalo. It turns out Ron was my father's first cousin. We had no idea we were related. It goes to prove what a small, small world we live in. Mr Ron-You once told me a few years back that you had given your life to the Lord.  I know you loved people and enjoyed serving, talking and connecting.  You had a big heart and dedicated your life to helping others learn to live.  Thank you for your kindness and good works! I hope you enjoyed every minute of it!  I will always remember those early morning boxes of doughnuts along side a sweetly composed message of well wishes to Adrienne and the rest of us. I always loved your quickly sketched pictures of a giant sun rising over a mountain side with the endless road cutting through the middle of it all.  Where was that road leading? This is something I take with me even today.  Your ability to spread joy, hope for the future and mercy to anyone you ever encountered.  I know you are dearly missed.  Peace be your Journey Mr. Ron. Deepesy Sympathy to the Link family.  You Dad and Grandpa was a very giving and kind man.  I worked with Ron at 1280.  Rest in Peace Ron.

With difference in age and direction, we did not have much contact in this life, but I believe we will in the next.   Over a cup of coffee some time ago, I learned he too had come to know Jesus later in life and was serving Him well.  I am hopeful that this will be a comfort to the family to know that Ron is now at home with his Lord for eternity.    Rest well faithful servant.

I worked with Ron for almost 20 years and also had the privilege of working with his dad,Art on several projects. Ron always made us all laugh and had a heart of gold.  Ron was so dedicated to the field of Addiction Recovery, for the majority of his adult life. Lots of memories of this special, sweet man bring a smile to my face.
