Survived by the love of his life, Elizabeth (nee Clark) Harbison, and daughters Phoebe (Craig) Crimi and Elizabeth (James) Anable; stepfather to Petrice, Christopher, Stephen (Kris), and Kathy Mitchum; loving grandfather of 14, great-grandfather of 18, and great-great-grandfather of three; brother of Robert (Renee), Raymond (Joyce), and Irene Harbison; uncle to five nephews and one niece. Family will be present on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the PERNA, DENGLER, ROBERTS FUNERAL HOME, 1671 Maple Rd., Williamsville, where prayers will be offered Thursday at 9 AM, followed by Funeral Services at the North Presbyterian Church, 300 North Forest Rd., Williamsville, at 10 AM. Bill was a veteran of the United States Air Force, a long-standing member of the Mason Lodge in Amherst, NY, and a retiree of General Electric.
