Alisa F Gaylon

Alisa Gaylon, born August 30, 1972, of Chicago, formerly of Philadelphia, has passed away January 30, 2024 from small cell carcinoma. Beloved daughter of Amy and Stephen Gaylon and the late Gloria (Larry) Neff, sister of Robin (Jeffrey) Gaines and Alexander Gaylon, aunt of Gavin and Katie Gaines. She is also survived by adoring cousins, aunts, uncles, colleagues and a vast circle of friends. Alisa filled her too-short life with a wide range of interests and pursuits, and remained feisty and determined until the very end.

A celebration of life will be planned at a future date in Chicago and Philadelphia. Contributions in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
