Betty Becker Yablin

Betty, nee Becker, Yablin, age 99 and 1/2. Daughter of the late Samuel and late Fanny Becker; beloved wife of the late Abraham "Allan" Yablin; sister of the late Irving Becker, late Harry Becker, late Esther Jacobs, late Eve Wien, and late Jewell Becker; loving mother of the late Francine Schwartz, Carol (Dr. James) Meckler, Merle Breitman, Sandra Westlund-Deenihan (Maurice Deenihan) and late Susan Yablin; cherished grandmother of the late Lee Schwartz, Larry Schwartz, Michael, Brian (Lisa), and Douglas Meckler, Lisa Breitman and Jason (Ruth) Speer; adoring great-grandmother of Kathlene, Josh and Jordan Schwartz, Zane and Tia Meckler and Esther and Nicholas Speer; dear aunt of the late Arthur and late Howard Becker, late Earl Becker, Darlene Plotkin, Elaine (Julian) Gollay, Ellen Meyers, and Cynthia (James) Jones; also survived by her devoted caregivers, Yuliya, Valentina, Alla, Raya and Lydia. Funeral services, Tuesday, February 7, 2012, 11 am at Weinstein Funeral Home, 111 Skokie Blvd, Wilmette, IL, 60091847-256-5700.
