We remember uncle Boris’s happy smile whenever he talked about his sons and grandchildren. His eyes always sparkled. His life wasn’t easy, but he never complained. He and aunt Manya were a great loving couple, overcoming all difficulties together. They will be in our memories forever.                                   With sorrow, Relatives from Bay Area.

This is Arseny Shlyapintokh, Boris's oldest grandson.  I would like to express my condolences to all the family members and friends on the passing of my grandfather Boris Shlyapintokh.  I loved my grandpa very much, and I shall miss him a lot.  I have so many fond memories of my grandpa.  I would like to say thank you grandpa for always being there for me.  I am sorry for any harm I might have caused you.  Rest in Peace grandpa Boris.

I did not know him personally but I know his son. He must have been a wonderful father and a magnificent person to have raised such a caring and loving son. He will be missed by family, friends, and those who knew him through his son.
