Dorothy was an artist. She always had a talent at painting and became actively involved in the Glenview Art League, serving as the President for several years. She continued painting up until her death and has painted hundreds of beautiful paintings over the years. In recent years, Dorothy remained active by teaching a few exercise classes a week, was treasurer of the Chestnut Square Investment Club, and was actively involved in the Glenview community. For many years Dorothy was a fierce competitor at Bridge within the Glenview Community Center and Rummikub champion at Chestnut Square.
