Querida Raquel,
Comparto contigo, hijos y nietos el recuerdo de un gran Padre, esposo y abuelo, como lo fue Ernesto.

A mi querida familia de Chicago,

En este día recordamos la memoria de mi Madre y de Ernesto, es muy difícil expresar en palabras los sentimientos.

Quisiera decir que los seres queridos siguen vivos cuando los recordamos, recreando conversaciones, enseñanzas o simplemente evocando su imagen y su voz. Podemos hacerlo hablando o en silencio, lo importante es que siempre estén presentes con nosotros.

Los acompaño en este día, aunque geográficamente estemos lejos, los siento muy cerca.

Les mando un fuerte abrazo desde Buenos Aires, saben que los llevo siempre conmigo.

So many memories of you and Raquel and my parents.

I REMEMBER WHEN ERNIE & RAQUEL FIRST MOVED INTO THEIR CURRENT HOME.  I WAS THE GO TO GUY FOR SETTING UP THERE CABLE AND SURROUND SOUND.  IT WASN'T EASY BUT WE FINALLY GOT IT DONE.  THE NEXT PROJECT WAS SETTING UP HIS BARBECUE GRILL ON THEIR PATIO.  WE GOT IT DONE.  RAQUEL AND ERNIE ARE MY CLIENTS FOR MEDICARE. ERNIE WAS ALWAYS KIND TO ME.  HE ALSO HAD VERY GOOD LUCK WHEN IT CAME TO BETTING ON SUPER BOWL GAMES.  I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER HIS SMILE.

Un Tribute Video que resume una vida junto a lo mas importante que un hombre puede lograr, el constituir una familia solida.
El amor incondicional y reciproco con su amada Raquel, sus hijos Steven, Jaqueline y nietos.

Ernie is, and will always be, one of our favorite persons on the planet. His love, laugh, and exuberance were unmatched. My first memory and most unforgettable is my first experience eating out with him. We were at a restaurant in Hollywood, FL and he was snapping and shouting across the restaurant to get the “Garson”’s attention. He wanted him to wrap up a few of the little complimentary chocolate dessert cups to take home. So many good times - always evolving around food, family and friends. His passion and energy will be missed. 

You were one of a kind, I miss and will love you forever

There are so many. Grilling. I loved how he loved to grill. He went out of his way to always grill me liver. It was the best. Another great memory were his weekly visit to our home to see his grandchildren Clark Nicholas and Chase before work on Fridays. And always with a treat...bananas. :)
 Another memory was he always questioned my baking. Always asking did I use butter. Never fails He would ask. And I baked a lot.  Thank you for being a wonderful grandfather. Ernie-Zeidie I will miss you dearly  XOXO Maria
