Frances Rotman

Frances leaves behind her loving children Kenneth, Mitchell, Susan and Debra. Proud Grandmother to Rick, Natalie, Sam, Sophia, RJ, Jacqueline, Maddy, Nicole and Raymond. Great Grandmother to Simon and Ariyah.

Frances Rotman, devoted daughter to Belden and Esther Goldman. Frances will join her beloved husbands Robert Rotman and David Fivelson.

Frances enjoyed every day to the fullest! Her smile was contagious. She was the biggest flirt and had the most beautiful smile. She had a great sense of humor, was a fabulous story teller, and had everyone laughing! She could dance better than she could walk!

Graduate of Northwestern University and an actress in the Wa Mu shows during that time. She went on to earn her Master's degree in Special Education and her Doctorate in Behavior Disorders. She adored her students as a Special Education teacher so much that when asked to be the head of Special Education for the City of Chicago she declined.

Frances was the life of the party! She enjoyed playing bridge, traveling, watching sports, cooking, swimming, the stock market, shopping, driving her car to run errands, and spending time with family and friends. She passed away at home with her loving daughter Susan and fiancé Shawn. Mom was never alone. What a lucky lady! Fran will always live in our hearts.

Service will be on Monday January 31st, 2022 at 11:30 am. Zion Gardens Cemetery 3600 N. Narragansett in Chicago, IL
