Henry Savage

Henry H. Savage, brother to Lewis Savage and devoted son to Fred and Kala Savage, passed away on September 20th, 2022 in Glenbrook, Illinois after a long and difficult fight with cancer. Henry leaves behind his sister-in-law Joanne, his niece and nephews Fred, Kala, and Ben, and six great-nieces and nephews. He adored his cousins and valued family above everything else. Born in Chicago, Illinois, Henry attended New Trier High School and graduated from Loyola University. Henry was the President of the Ann Mayber-Naomi Gaynes Heart Foundation, and served our country honorably in Vietnam. Henry was a warm, kind and gentle soul who loved listening to the radio, and could carry on deep conversations about topical news events, music, entertainment and anything regarding sports. Henry was a proud Chicago native who loved his Cubs, his diners and his bowling. His laugh was contagious, his eyes always sparkled and he captured the hearts of all who knew him. We are heartbroken, Uncle Henry. We love you always and we will miss you.
