Howard J. Kurland, 77. Beloved husband for 26 years of Marlene; devoted father of Heather (Kellie Owens) Kurland, Emily Kurland, and Matt (Erika) Voigt; proud grandfather of Everest and Leonardo Voigt; treasured brother of Jeffrey (Suzanne Schultz) Kurland and the late Myra Kurland; loving uncle of Daniel K. Kurland and Cantor Alexandra Kurland. Howard was a lifelong elementary school teacher with a love for family, cars, jazz, and baseball. He will be deeply missed.
