James was a resident of Saginaw, Michigan at the time of his passing.
James served in the United States Navy.
He is survived by his wife Madge.
The funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 27, 2010 at W. L. Case & Company, 210 N. Miller Rd. Rev. Kathryn Snedeker will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Friday from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
