Jeanne Berkowitz, 89, peacefully Fri, Oct 24, in Chicago. Devoted wife to the late Alfred Berkowitz; seventh born to the late Bertha and David Gross; loving sister to Marianne Reinisch; preceded in death by siblings, Millie, Pearl, Armand, Stanley, Ethel and Lillian.
A wonderful aunt to so many nieces and nephews and a great friend to Harriet Bratko and countless others from Weston and Chicago. Her bright wit, good humor and joy in life graced us all. Her devotion to ORT was extraordinary.
