Dear cousin of Sue (Joel), Sam, Danny and Jonathan Bersh, Steve (Michelle), Jacob, Adam and Ben Serck, Corey and Jodi Winicour, Linda Mallers, Cliff Porzenheim, and Geoff (Jill) Schmidt. Loving nephew of Michael Winicour, Art (Judy) Serck, and Barbara Rubin.
Friends and family will gather for a funeral service for Jeffrey that will be held on Thursday, October 26th, 2023 at 11 AM at Weinstein & Piser Funeral Home, 111 Skokie Boulevard, Wilmette, Illinois.
